Responsibilities
• Verify and log receipt of data• Transfer information from paper formats into computer files• Perform high-volume Data Entry using various computer software• Review data for errors and resolve discrepancies• Maintain a filing system and protect customer information• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation• Retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system• Use basic office equipment• Maintain quality and productivity standards• Complete additional assigned tasks as required
Requirements
• Clerk, Data Entry Operator experience• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)• Advanced Excel skills• Hard working and problem solving abilities
