Role: Customer Success Intern
1. Gather and consolidate customer data from various sources, including CRM systems, support tickets, customer surveys, and other relevant data repositories.
2. Assist in analyzing customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can contribute to the improvement of customer success operations.
3. Identify opportunities to enhance data consolidation processes, reporting methodologies, and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
4. Experience with Data Analysis, Dashboard creation, ability to work with Power BI or a similar tool.
5. Google Data studio or Looker Studio experience is a plus.
6. Basic SQL skills is a plus.
7. Should have exposure to dashboard creation.
