Role Overview:As a Data Analyst Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our data team, responsible for establishing a global database and delivering insightful reports that drive our sales, marketing, and operations. Your expertise will set the stage for a data-centric culture within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Database Development: Spearhead the creation of a global database, integrating data from diverse sources with consistent data types.- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for the sales, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring they meet the strategic needs of the management.- Data Analytics: Develop and present visualizations and charts that provide actionable insights to aid management decisions.- Team Leadership: Build and lead a data-focused team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of data management and analysis.

Skills & Qualifications- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience with relational databases. Competence in a scripting language such as Python or R for data analysis.- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.- Knowledge Areas: In-depth understanding of data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.- Experience: Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or business Data Analyst, preferably within the relevant industry.- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical teams.- Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead a team with a cohesive vision for data management and analysis.- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and learn new technologies quickly.
