NVIDIA is seeking an experienced hands on, senior security engineer / software developer who will be responsible for creating a collaborative vision across NVIDIA’s security enterprise. This individual will be responsible for designing solutions across multiple security platforms including SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk and HashiVault, as well as Azure, Azure MFA and Active Directory. Experience across multiple tools and platforms will be essential in working towards Zero Trust best practices and the establishment of strong security policies. This individual must have experience/ exposure to IdentityNow and will be required to develop and deliver identity synchronization solutions to integrated applications and authoritative sources (Workday and Fieldglass). Responsible for actively engaging with enterprise application teams across the organization and working to integrate business critical systems while following SDLC best practices. Please note the expected working hours will be 8am to 5pm IST but flexibility will be required for US time zone meetings and collaboration with other teams.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and mentor other team members, collaborate and contribute to our enterprise Zero Trust strategy.
Experience in writing workflows, use of Postman, working with JSONS, experience in PowerShell scripting (or similar) and Java.
Accountable for our Identity Governance strategy, roadmap, and operations and integration with our Zero Trust Roadmaps.
Introduce standard methodologies and principles to enable consistent delivery and enable alignment with long-term direction including familiarity with GIT and Agile/ Scrum principles.
Work with our product organization to develop secure business requirements, develop the security architecture and integrate into our longer-term platform strategy.
Work directly with project development teams to enable successful project implementation applying the recommended security tools, technologies, and techniques. Share a point of view to project team engineers as needed.
Identify and drive process improvements. Foster development standard methodologies within the team.
Stay up to date on new tools & techniques in the information security space, conduct proof of concept activities with key business users in support of advanced use cases.
What we need to see:
10+ years of overall relevant experience
7+ years experience with IAM technologies
5+ years software development experience in an enterprise environment
5+ years experience with SailPoint’s Identity IQ or Identity Now platforms
Strong Java experience and scripting abilities
BS/MS degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in Identity Management concepts/ processes such as User Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, and Delegated Administration.
Experience with SOX controls and enterprise governance, enterprise compliance, SSO authentication and authorization with Microsoft Azure, Cyberark, and HashiVault.
