We are actively looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become part of our team as a Cybersecurity Intern at Certcube Labs Pvt Ltd. In this role, the selected candidate will be tasked with performing research, generating blog content about the latest trends in cybersecurity, conducting CVE research, and creating IT security-related content for our social media channels.
Job Description
In your capacity as a CyberSecurity Intern, you will assume a pivotal role in enhancing the security of our web applications, systems, and infrastructure. In addition to conducting security assessments, your responsibilities will encompass the creation of cutting-edge CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) Proof of Concepts (POCs) and the publication of cybersecurity blog posts on our blogging platform. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing content aimed at raising awareness on social media platforms
Responsibilities
- Security Assessments of Web Apps, Mobile Apps and API’s.
- Conduct latest Cyber Security trends research .
- Write informative and engaging blog posts on various cybersecurity topics for our Certcube Labs blogging platform.
- Assist senior cybersecurity professionals in VAPT projects, including performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of security assessments, findings, and remediation efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
- Research on latest CVE and POC creation for the assessment teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Preferred certifications – CPENT , EWPTXV2 , ECPPTv2 , CRTO , CRTP , EMAPTv2
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards including NIST, PCI DSS, and ISMS.
- Proficiency in using enterprise security assessment tools and technologies..
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
