Customer Support Executive- JD
1.Person responsible for this role will be core to our company's philosophy of delivering timely, prompt and efficient service to our Channel Partners and Corporate Customers.
2.Core responsibility involves registering service calls and responding to customer's query with regard to service delivery.
3.Ensure highly satisfactory service support system in place by providing timely and instant response for all the queries raised by the Customers.
4.Need to work on company's internal TAT and make sure to address the customer needs well within the TAT
