As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Roles and Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding service
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation
