Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns to prevent churn.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Act as a customer advocate within the company, representing the voice of the customer and driving customer-centric initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho & Suite CRM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with IT products, services, and terminology is a plus.
