Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Understand and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
