Job Title: Customer Operations Coordinator
Company: Calling June - Women's Wear Resortwear Brand
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Role Overview:
Calling June, a renowned women's wear resortwear brand, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Coordinator. This role primarily involves owning and leading Customer Operations, with a strong focus on coordination and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute customer orders efficiently for both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels within India.
2. Coordinate with tailors, technical department, and sampling teams on aspects such as consumption, Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM), to assist with product costing.
3. Manage delivery portals like Delhivery for seamless order. execution and tracking.
4. Engage in daily client coordination and manage relationships with third-party marketplace portals.
5. Oversee daily stock and fabric management to ensure optimal inventory levels.
6. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely management of tasks and adaptability to changing priorities.

Requirements:

4. Proficiency in using delivery portals and other relevant software.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
