Job description

The Customer Master DataAdministrator role is an integral part of the Sales Operations team and is responsible for supporting our Sales Team for all types of transactions related but not limited to:life science research, manufacturing, surgical specializations, and education.This role is based in Mumbai.In this role, the Customer Master Data Administratorwill be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, customer service, service, IT, sales, marketing) and balance internal/external business operation demands. This individual will be responsible for all administrative duties, acts as the first line domain specialist as it relates to SAP, Data Architecture and Governance, HelpDesk, Quoting Tool, SalesForce.com, eCommerce and other applications to ensure Customer Account Information continuity across platforms.


Major Responsibilities  


  • Assist resolving simple administrative requests relating to SAP, SalesForce.com and eCommerce systems  


  • New Account Setup - Configure relationships of Sold-to Account type to appropriate Ship-To, Bill-to, Payer, and End User Account types


  • Audit account creation in CRM (Salesforce.com)


  • Remedy account redundancy and conflicting or out-of-date data 


  • Assist with the expanding of business analytics capabilities by integrating 3rd party data


  • Assistmaintaining metrics and daily management/visual management dashboards 


  • Other projects and duties as assigned

  • Prior experience in Database Administration for Customer Accounts 


  • Prior experience with SAP and Salesforce.com a plus


  • Analytical experience with proficient aptitude for research, analysis and problem solving skills
