As a Customer Experience Executive (CXE), you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have exceptional interactions and experiences with our company. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of service excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and concerns.
Issue Resolution:
- Listen to customer concerns and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Ensure that all customer issues are logged, tracked, and followed up on until resolution.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.
- Communication:
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries or issues.
Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- Share customer feedback with the relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer service metrics as required.
Salary & Incentives: upto 3 lpa

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate (background/degree in Agriculture is preferred)
- Are available for full time (in-office)
- You should be an excellent communicator whos able to earn our clients trust
