Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong long-term relationships with customers in your portfolio and better understand their needs, anticipate on issues and opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Enthusiastically handle customer queries of all kind, leaving a superior Customer Experience each and every time.
  • Take full responsibilities and end-to-end ownership of customer shipments (Auto Customers) and their issues. Understand the customer's business and manage internal and external stake holders at different levels.
  • You follow up on commercial opportunities where your enthusiasm supports your expertise and customers will grant you their cargo because they know it’s in safe hands.
  • Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions.
  • Address root causes and seek continuous improvements – constantly look for ways to improve work processes.
  • Proactively communicate to customers & pre-empt the challenges foreseen
  • Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards – share knowledge and best practices.
Who we are looking for
  • MBA/bachelor’s degree level with 4-5 years of experience.
  • Customer service experience highly preferred specifically with handling landside activities including transportation and CHB.
  • An excellent team player.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Well organised, efficient and effective.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be a person who loves interacting and has passion to delight the customer through service.
  • Has the ability to handle complaints with a smile and is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer.
  • Is assertive and able to influence and persuade the customer and handle exception management.
  • Has the ability to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues.
  • Should have great attitude for multifunctional collaboration to stitch together an effective solution for customer and execute it properly.
  • Capability to understand the customer’s business well and our products offered to customer. Understand the best way to execute it by collaborating with internal stakeholders and deliver a great experience to customer.
