We have urgent requirement of Customer Care Representative - Non- voice Process

Work Location: - Sec-67, Mohali, Punjab

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· BPO/ Customer Care Representative will manage inbound and outbound chat.

· Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.

· Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers.

· Excellent English communication/written skills along with active listening and typing skills.

· Must be willing to work in rotational night shift.

Qualifications: - Graduate (any degree)/Minimum 12th Pass

Shift: - Rotational

Salary- 12000 – 15000 CTC per month
