The primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through chat and email
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
