AddressJob Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)
. Observe and monitor CSR auditors' professional and integrity performances to ensure that they comply with BV and client's Code of Conduct and prevent CSR auditors from taking advantage of their positions to make unreasonable requests, for example: solicitation of benefits, deliberate creation of difficulties and submission of fake reports.
. Identify abnormities from CSR auditors and factories/vendors and report to N+1 and CSR Management for further action in a timely manner.
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):
. Monitor the performance of the factories and IAAS staff through defined integrity related processes such as performing audits, Service Validation Process, CTC - Check the Checker audits (as and when assigned). . Perform other integrity related processes such as Phone call audits, Service images review.
. Perform integrity investigations as and when assigned by the Integrity manager or supervisor.
. Establish a good network in the industry and BV office to gather specific information on any integrity related issues and share with the Integrity department manager / supervisor immediately. . Manage and maintain up to date records of all information regarding mystery and CTC audits.
