• The role will be responsible for managing the customer relations process of our company managing information derived from events and creating marketing content. The roles helps our company ensure good follow up personally with our network and keeping them engaged while creating a strong brand presence through online and offline marketing campaigns and marketing events. The executive collaborates with the business development team and management to ensure that your marketing efforts support the business efforts. To round things off the analytical skills will assist in the monitor and report on the success of the marketing efforts.
  

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Management (data entry master data configuration) of the CRM & SAP software in the company. Follow up with prospects in various phases of sales acquisition.
  
• Plan and execute email campaigns; track analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events.
  
• Attend physical and virtual events deriving insights for the company; event calendar scheduling for company.
  
• Create online and offline marketing content such as case studies newsletters and website content PowerPoint content training content.
  
• Posting of news on social media on a regular basis
  
• Promote company public relations digitally.
  
• General administrative tasks document creation.
  

Requirements

A bachelor 's Degree in Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales. Experience in management may be advantageous. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. Strong anarchically, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure.
