• accountable for the entire Credit Underwriting process for his area, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers.
• Understanding of CIBIL and other checks performed to check customer's credibility
• Financial Responsibilities Assessment of customers sourced by the Sales team in line with the credit policy, determine deviations and exceptions and provide decision on deals (approve / suggest modified terms / decline).
• Assess the customers based on customer documents, FI report, Sales visit report, Bureau report (CIBIL, etc.) and Tele-verification with the customer / Personal Discussion Should conduct product and customer's profile match.
• Ensure that FI and approvals are done as per the Turnaround time matrix of the organization Risk analysis and mitigation of risk at his level.
• Take care of timely post santion requirement, modification & issuing SL Appointment and periodic monitoring of Values and sourcing channels Asset Verification/ customer visit for NTB/NS/ED cases.
• Monitor documentation deferrals and collection of PDDs Resolve audit queries and train the team to minimise the repetitive errors.
• Monitor the local market on a monthly basis through interaction (personal visit/conversation over telephone) with customers, dealers and other market intermediaries (tyre dealers, spare parts dealers, brokers, body builders, etc.) and provide recommendations for corrective action in sourcing, underwriting, etc.
• Ensure adherence to KYC / AML screening requirements of the organization
• Ensure that there is no compromise on the Quality of Credit & maintain a heathy portfolio Refinance SOP implementation and monitoring - Monitoring of Values, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Any Graduate / Post Graduation preferably with commerce background.

Analytical skills and understanding of financial statements

Experience: 3.00-7.00 Years
Education: Chartered Accountancy (C.A)
