- Build India Service Delivery center as a key strategic enabler for Global Investment management ambitions
- Build trusted relationships with our Global IM partners to deliver investment product and solutions across several locations of UBS
- Recruit, train, retain and supervise a team of high calibre and diverse teams of Investment specialists
- Closely align with Global IM business stakeholders across the globe to ensure high quality delivery of services from India
- Explore new business opportunities in India by closer collaboration with domestic India set-up of UBS
- Manage outsourcing governance documentation and KPI frameworks. Partner with our control functions to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are observed
- Proactively challenge the status quo while driving innovation within the team
Your future colleagues :
- You'll be working in the Global Investment Management function, with stakeholders based in APAC and Europe.
- Global IM organization manages a seamless investment process, delivers performance and enables the effective transmission of the House View into client portfolios. The Global IM team transforms smart ideas into world-class investment solutions tailored to our client's needs. You will be leading the Global IM organization in India SDL and will have opportunities to work with UBS colleagues globally.

Your skills and experience:
We are looking for:
- A Masters or a professional degree (MBA, CFA, CA, FRM, etc)
- 15-20 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Management Consulting. Wealth Management experience and domain knowledge in financial markets, products, regulatory landscape, and risk management is a strong positive
- Ability to build new partnerships, drive business opportunities and knowledge of India's financial industry landscape
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities, with an ability to build lasting partnerships with stakeholders across functions, hierarchies and geographies
- Experience in managing large teams in a multinational environment.
- A commitment to high standards, with a proactive outlook and strong drive to continuously enhance processes and procedures and effect improvements and change
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
