Responsibilities
- Perfect client experience
- Solicit client referrals
- Implement an automated client relationship management system
- Maintain accurate and current client credentialing process information
- Inform clients about new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements
- Inform client providers and coaches informed about the status of their credentialing
- Minimum three years of client account management experience in a relevant industry
- Minimum six years experience in healthcare provider credentialing process
- Familiar with US medical insurance industry
- Knowledgeable of the related Credentialing accreditation and certification requirements.
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- College degree engineering, nursing, healthcare, or psychology
- High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
- Good internet access at home
- Mobile Hotspot
- Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB
