We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality for our creative outputs.We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our creative agency and uphold the quality standards that define our work. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing our creative projects, branding and communication materials, and digital assets to ensure they meet our client's expectations and adhere to our agency's quality guidelines. Your work will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding creative solutions to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Review and assess creative projects to ensure they meet client requirements and agency quality standards.Identify and report on issues, inconsistencies, and deviations from project specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and provide feedback for improvements.Develop and maintain Quality Assurance procedures and checklists.Conduct usability and functionality testing for digital assets and websites.Verify content accuracy, grammar, and overall message alignment with client objectives.Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative deliverables against defined KPIs.Provide actionable feedback to project teams and assist in optimizing creative processes.Document and maintain comprehensive records of quality assessments.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Quality Assurance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a creative agency or design environment.Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Quality Assurance tools and methodologies.Knowledge of design software, content management systems, and project management tools.Understanding of digital marketing and web technologies.Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.What we offerWith the opportunity to be a part of the 150-Year-old Atlas Copco Group, you get to work with multiple market-leading international brands.
