- Help push our design forward with brilliant creative ideas, amazing design and craft skills and smart strategic thinking
- Work collaboratively with other branding team members as well as NPD to drive our design capabilities and thinking
- Ensures all designs meet the legal requirements and compliance of our trademark registrations.
- Help develop and present breakthrough ideas at all levels, from day-to-day work, to creative review meetings, and team presentations/discussions.
Qualifications - Degree (or equivalent) in Design, or related field
- At least 7 years' design experience, with a focus on Packaging, branding and brand building + Static profiency will be an added advantage.
- A proven track record of creative idea generation and development
- An ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles and how they impact design
- Strong presentation, organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English
- A keen ability to work with and motivate others on the team
- Confident, results-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated
- Proficient in design software. Well skilled in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat and an understanding of the capabilities of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
- Leading a team of Creative designers.
