Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales position located in Kolkata. The Counter Sales associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry and providing quality customer service. The Counter Sales associate will also be responsible for keeping track of inventory and ensuring that the store displays are properly stocked and arranged.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of transactions and inventory tracking
Basic knowledge of jewelry and gemstones
Experience in cash handling and point of sale systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior retail sales experience is a plus
Working hour are from 10am - 8:30pm. You will have to work 15 days a week.
