Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for an Counselor.
- Responsible to establish first point of contact with clients and evaluate their cases primarily.
- Achieve individual sales targets and assist team members when needed.
- Conduct counselling sessions professionally and maintain a high level of
- energy during presentations.
- Maintain records of each meeting/call and report to Branch Manager.
- Prepare immigration applications and communicate requirements to clients.
- Need to perform under deadlines with 100% accuracy in files.
- Answer client’s questions professionally and assist them throughout their
- process of Immigration.
Requirements:
1) Education: Minimum Graduation
2) Language: Command over English is MANDATORY
3) Aptitude: Ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets
4) Experience: Fresher’s are accepted
