In this role, you will
● Design, develop, and implement conversion optimization strategies and tests using tools
like Google Optimize, Unbounce, and other A/B testing platforms.
● Analyze customer journey maps and conversion waterfalls to identify opportunities for
improvement.
● Develop scripted customer journeys to guide users through a seamless and optimized
funnel.
● Create and deploy targeted offers to improve Conversion Rates across multiple channels.
● Coordinate with other departments, such as Content, Design, and Development, to
ensure seamless execution of tests and campaigns.
● Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of conversion
strategies.
● Report on test results, provide insights and actionable recommendations to senior
leadership.
● Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive
edge.

If you’re right for this role, you will have
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in conversion optimization
● Proven experience with tools like Unbounce and Google Optimize
● Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion waterfalls
● Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
● Strong project management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preference for the following additional skills
○ Certification in Conversion Optimization or related field
○ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
○ Skills with Photoshop and image editing
○ Experience with personalization tools and customer segmentation
