JR50833 Control Systems Manufacturing Manager (Evergreen)

As the Control Systems Manufacturing Manager your primary responsibility is to lead a team of Micron engineers and contractors in managing the backend master data in Team Center for the Bill of Information (BOI) and Bill of Process (BOP). This also includes the management of master data to support downstream process and systems like Critical Manufacturing MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Responsible for the management and development of direct reports to enable superior functional service delivery.
- Responsible for managing and improving functional area performance by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute service strategies aligned to support various internal customers.
- Responsible for supporting Team members' development by utilizing Micron's performance management processes and tools.
- Responsible for ensuring team compliance with Micron's guidelines for attendance, ethics and other policies.
- Monitor team performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities. Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at maintaining expert levels of Team Center knowledge within the MDM team. This includes training as necessary to keep up with systems or business process changes.
- Lead the development of team strategies to support overall Micron Backend Business objectives.
- Partner with internal team members and vendors to design solutions to meet improvement objectives.
- Recruit the best talent to form the ideal team structure.
- Continuously build up team's technical competencies through knowledge sharing and industry benchmarking.
Skills/Experience Required
- Multiple years of experience with Micron backend data and processes
- Working knowledge of Team Center
- Working knowledge of Micron Legacy MES (MAM, ET, WWMS)
- Working knowledge of commercial MES (Critical Manufacturing, Seimens)
- Engineering or technical Degree
