Minimum Qualification
B.TECH/B.E
Experience in selection and design engineering of instruments or control valves or DCS/ PLC, and good knowledge of relevant ISA/ IEC codes.
The Engineer should have hands on experience of preparation of instrument list, instrument data sheets, IO list, open loop and close loop logic diagrams, DCS graphics, C&I BOQs. Familiar with various sizing calculations like thermowell sizing, flow element sizing, control valve sizing. Preparation of purchase specifications, bid evaluation reports and vendor drawing review of PLC, field instruments, analyzers, flow metering station, CEMS, SWAS, AAQMS, control valves, vibration monitoring system, master clock system, CCTV, LAN, security system, access control system, instrumentation cables and FO cables. Experience in interdisciplinary co-ordination and support to mechanical packages. Experience in engineering for power plants will be an added advantage. Shall have good communication skills both oral and written. Able to work independently.
