Contract To Hire - Email Security engineer (MailMarshal)

Work Locations: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/Gurgaon/Kolkata
Qualifications Required:
5+ years of experience within IT, and at least 1 year of working experience with Proofpoint / Mimecast / Forcepoint / MailMarshal email gateway systems.
Strong email engineering skills; clear understanding of Message Transfer Agent configurations.
Good to have understanding of DLP, Encryption technologies.
Experience with internet email protocols, network protocols and email routing concept.
Good understanding of Cyber review functions on Email security
Created process documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for managing day-to-day operations.
Experience on coordination and collaboration with multiple vendor for on-going issues and for new upcoming technology enhancements
Able to plan, schedule, track and report on simple project timelines/milestones using collaboration tools such as ServiceNow / Jira.
Excellent knowledge of ITIL and having strong capability to define, execute and enforce key ITIL processes like incident, problem and change management.
