Initiates and manages contracts. Tracking contracts in database; establish and maintain contract folders, files, and SharePoint site; prepare and send correspondence to relevant stakeholders.
Essential Functions
• Working closely with Vendor Managers to support their vendor contracts
• supporting senior team members on contract negotiations
• Project managing the contracting process, ensuring timely execution of contracts
• Implements solutions associated with contracting process.
• Monitors contract status and movement of contract from creation to execution.
• Identifies potential contract risks and issues that may have an adverse effect on IQVIA, and communicates concerns to Line Manager and senior team members.
• Produce monthly report tracking contracts with expiration dates within 180 days of termination and review contract provisions for adherence to current contracting standards.
• Undertake projects and respond to internal and external requests, forwarding issues to appropriate individuals, as needed.
• Participate in the development of department procedures to improve the timely completion of contract deliverables.
Qualifications
• Associate degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution
• A minimum of 4 year's direct experience in contracts management or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Strong skills using MS Office Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• Strong critical thinker, problem solver, and negotiator
• Knowledge and understanding of IQVIA business is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of contracting process.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
• Excellent follow-up/responsiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
