AddressThe Consultant, Video Production will be pivotal in managing end-to-end video projects for the Communications Team, ensuring alignment with organisational messaging and branding. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing video requests from various teams and establishing and enforcing video brand guidelines. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for content creation and curation for social media platforms, optimising audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the communications team for end-to-end Video Production from concept to delivery. This includes storyboarding, scriptwriting, production and editing.
- Overseeing project timelines and deadlines and handling communications related to video projects.
- Producing and curating video content catered to various social media platforms.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams seeking Video Production assistance, prioritising and scheduling requests based on urgency and organisational goals.
- Develop and maintain video brand guidelines, defining style, colour palettes, typography, and tone.
- Collaborating with the social media team for content ideas.
- Staying updated on video trends through market research.
- Overseeing the video team consisting of a video editing intern and a videography intern.
Minimum Qualifications, Experiences and Expectations
- At least 2-3 years of Video Production and/or filmmaking experience and a strong portfolio of work.
- Understanding all the tasks that need to be carried out (pre and post-production)
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in storyboarding and scriptwriting.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with video equipment and other resources.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects with some experience in other Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Good understanding of the social impact space.
