PRIMARY EXPECTATIONS:
- Requirements gathering and validate against standard (template based) -
- Determine system dimensions (entities, product lines, departments, locations, projects etc.) to support client reporting requirements.

- Confirm future state process (template based) and identify delta, if any.
- Review delta with Solution Architect, Reporting Consultant and if change in scope, let Project Manager know.
- Onboard clients to Consero tech stack-
- Execute test strategy leveraging existing collateral for Consero tech stack & advanced modules.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Accountable for extracting and validating legacy masters and defining future state mapping.
- Obtain client feedback within 48 hours of deliverables.
- Guide client on Industry best practice and F&A decisions
- Train Consero team members on future state processes
- Client training
- Support first month end close.
- Task management within Smartsheet
- Escalate risk / delta / scope / timeline to Project Manager
Job Description:
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
- Reporting to Project Manager, this role is responsible for translating client requirements into technical tasks. In conjunction with the Consero Solution Architect, this role will provide process and system guidance to clients to solve client pain points.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Discovery/requirements gathering and optimization incorporating Industry best practice with Consero standard methodology.
- Document requirements into process flows, procedure documents, technical configuration specifications and test plans
- Derive solutions within Consero standard where possible, or derive alternative solutions outside of Consero standard in consultation with Consero Solution Architect
- Ensure alignment with Consero operational and technical standards.
- Onboard clients onto Consero tech stack (Intacct, NetSuite, SIMPL, BILL, Nexonia, Expensify & G-Drive)
- Execute test strategy to validate solution and coordinate user acceptance testing effort with client.
- Extract and transform master data and future state mapping.
- Data migration activities to extract, upload and validate historical financials.
- Train Consero team members on derived processes and procedures to support client upon go-live.
- Guide client through critical accounting & finance decisions and processes
- Provide client training on Consero tech stack.
- Lead the accounting team through one financial close, ensuring any process gaps are addressed.
- Project/task management within Smartsheet of all solution areas
- Understand pulse of client during engagement and escalate engagement risk, delta, scope, timeline to Project Manager
- Maintain alignment with Project Manager to ensure success of engagement.
