Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
8 + years of experience in Factory
1)Salary 50 to 60 K CTC per month for this position
2)Required Male Candidate with 2 wheeler
3)Work location is Madurai so preferred only local Madurai district
Role & Responsibilities
Always comply with law of the land or as per legal requirement. Visit
government departments as and when required
Develop and implement company policies and regulations/routines
Identify possible compliance risks, assess them and guide on maintaining a safe
workplace
Lead training sessions on legal and compliance issues like H&S, business ethics,
hazard management
Supervise Committees are functioning properly, and meetings are held as per
schedule
Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health
Ensure Wages & Payroll are processed and documented as per legal
requirements
Train & ensure Sub suppliers to follow compliance standards at their workplace
Conduct Internal Audits to ensure all standards are followed and share
nonconformities to management for immediate actions

Filing regulatory reports and other documentation related to Compliance
Work on buyer's portals as & when required for updating
For Warehouse/Dispatch Unit - maintain the documentations & processes for
Supply Chain Management (SCS)
Study new or amended laws and inform management about the requirements
Understand and implement new social laws as required
Ensure environmental risks and impacts are identified and assessed
Maintain Global certification parameters to ensure zero failure of audits

Sound Understanding of Regulatory Guidelines and Policies
Assessment & Interpretation
Proficient Communication Skills
Aptitude for audit and process reviews
Teamwork
Strong presentation, report writing and facilitation skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English & Tamil
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple priorities and meet established timelines
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit/consultancy in
manufacturing background
Should have managed a minimum of 500 workforce.
Good academic qualification with experience in CSR and HR would be an added
advantage
A good leader with high standards of integrity
