Job Description:As a Collection Officer at Fincare Small Finance Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely recovery of dues and maintaining a healthy financial portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Contacting customers for overdue payments and negotiating payment plans.
Managing and updating the collection database with accurate information.
Following up with customers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding payments.
Collaborating with other departments to address customer queries and concerns.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
Requirements:
Educational qualification: 12th/Graduate
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Basic understanding of banking and financial processes (training will be provided).
