· Experience in Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Development Stack, C#, C++ (Optional). VB.NET, MS Test, WPF and TFS
· Experience with Agile Scrum
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Commitment to continuous improvement principles.
· Extensive experience in developing / testing software for device-based products
· Familiarity with the V design model, IEC 62304 or similar industry standards.
· Familiarity with risk identification, analysis and mitigation.
· Experience in advanced .NET coding skills including .Net MAUI, Blazor Hybrid, WPF, ASP.NET, EF asynchronous operations and multithreading, secure communications, authentication and authorization.
· Experience in advanced software design skills, design documentation skills and producing documentation as required by all stages of the SDLC process.
· Experience in advanced MS SQL Server database design.
· Experience in communicating with hardware via COM and USB ports, industrial
· Experience working with DevOps environments, preferably with MS Azure Server / Services.
· Experience working with cloud frameworks (Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
· Experience developing .NET cross-platform applications is an advantage.
