Should have expertise on the Cloud Native Solution like containerization, serverless, OLTP databases (with DB as a Service), scalability, reliability, observability and security aspects.2. Should be an expert in one of the Cloud Hyperscaler, AWS / Azure / Google; specifically, AWS / Azure, and should be well versed with the offerings of the clouds.3. Should have a decent understanding on the cloud deployments for both web apps and backend apps on the cloud.4. Should have a domain experience and the ability to quickly understand and grasp not to so known domains to come up with the business and solution architecture.5. Good to have worked on Infrastructure-as-a-Code and DevSecOps solution.6. Experience on the bespoke / custom development application / product.7. Well versed with the delivery models, agile practices8. Good to have the understanding of the different engagement / agreement models9. Ability to guide and communicate with the stakeholders including customer to present the solution.10. Strong in the communication skills11. Experience on Node.JS / JavaScript/Java Spring Boot/.Net and other related languages12. Need to know different application and database architecture design patterns.13. Good to have knowledge of React library / Angular framework and related JavaScripting frameworks.14. Strong understanding and experience on the Enterprise Architecture is an added advantage.15.
