Job description

  • Overseeing all day-to-day administrative activities at a healthcare facility
  • Evaluating personnel and preparing daily reports as needed by other departments
  • Assisting with recruitment, consenting, screening and enrollment of personnel
  • Coordinating patient care plans by liaising with all necessary care providers and medical professions to ensure patient needs are met
  • Using computer software to admit and discharge patients, coordinate follow-up appointments and refer patients to specialists as needed
  • Masterminding ways to improve the quality of patient care provided by the facility
  • Working to create efficient systems and workflows within the clinic
  • Attending departmental meetings and staying up to date on all business initiatives related to the clinic
  • Collecting and inputting patient data, insurance information and financial information into computer system
  • Managing the clinic budget and ensuring that the facility is well-equipped to provide top of the line service while remaining mindful of the bottom line
  • Meeting with patients and patient families to ensure their needs are being met and resolving any issues or complaints that arise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
