Job description

Roles and Responsibilities -
1. This role will be responsible for Merchant NPS, Client Retention, Product Adoption, Merchant Growth (direct impact on merchant's business with Organization) and New ARR Addition via referrals at a Team Level and Individual.
2. Manage the overall relationship with assigned clients and offer consultative advice to help them grow and achieve their goals.
3. Ensuring clients receive a higher return on investment by monitoring and managing their accounts, and providing comprehensive insights / support throughout the entire customer journey.
4. Work with the Marketing team to publish case-studies, facilitate merchant interviews and promote unique product use-cases.
5. Build strong context about DTC / Ecomm and be a product evangelist on social platform + communities.
Key Skills -
1. Comfortable to work in US shifts is must + based in Gurgaon.
2. Past experience in managing teams of ~5 people - if not directly managing then mentoring teams.
3. Past experience in merchant facing role with a lot of stakeholder management.
4. Good product expertise / good solution oriented mindset.
5. Technical bend of mindset is must to manage team of solution engineers.
6. Roles in past - Pre-sales consultant / Onboarding Managers / CSM Managers
