Responsibilities
• Provide engineering drawings and ensure compliance• Maintain proper drawings, records, and documents• Manage piling activities, MMS/Module erection activities, and BoP Civil works for solar projects• Control quality parameters and follow quality control processes for civil works• Prepare BOQ and deliver the project within approved budget and time• Implement action points from previous projects and improve communication within the department• Support the preparation of SOP and material code list• Design and build safe workplaces with advanced safety systems• Ensure accurate progress feedback and resolve recurring issues• Lead all electrical works at the site and assist in making strategic decisions
Requirements
• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Civil or Electrical discipline• 3-7 years of experience in the respective field• Knowledge of engineering processes and compliance• Experience in managing large scale solar projects• Strong understanding of quality control processes and parameters• Ability to prepare BOQ and optimize project budget• Excellent communication and coordination skills• Knowledge of safety systems and fault detection systems• Proactive and self-motivated• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
