Requirement:
• BlackBelt certification is a must
• At least 10 to 12 years’ experience in leading RTR CI projects (Lean Six Sigma, workshops or other)
• Experience of conducting Six Sigma Training programs( Green belt, Yellow belt) • Experience of driving Automation projects using various technologies(RPA, Python, Desktop Automation)
• Experience in a large multi-national corporation service center or BPO is highly desirable
• Experience in working on strategic projects within a shared services environment but also with the Business Unit leadership teams
• Ability to influence change, deal with ambiguity and drive best practices. This includes process improvement initiatives in a fragmented IT landscape.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the proven ability to effectively supervise, mentor and influence employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel (pivots and v-lookup),
• Strong leadership qualities to work within a matrix business model, deal with ambiguity, and to solve business problems that create shareholder value. • English proficiency required; written and verbal
