Our client is bidding for the consulting services under Japanese ODA Loans for Patna Metro in India to:

• Review Bidding Documents
• Construction supervision (including Quality investigation, Safety Management, assistance for Commissioning and DLP)
• O&M Support (including technology transfer & capacity development and & institutional arrangement)

Patna, the capital of Bihar, is one of the oldest cities in the world and is the center of social, cultural, economic and political life of the State. It is an important business center of Eastern India and also a gateway to the Buddhist and Jain pilgrimage centers of Vaishali, Rajgir, Nalanda, Bodhgaya and Pawapuri..

• Review environment and social aspects for bidding documents.
• Monitor implementation of

Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMoP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP)
