Need someone who has extensive experience in having run HR Operations and having a detailed understanding of HR. As a COO the individual will be managing:
- Payroll Ops
- Benefit Ops
- Insurance Benefit design
- Car Scheme

- Compensation and Benefits benchmarking and managing the Annual Bonus and Increment process
- Anchor the Performance Management Exercise centrally
- BGV Administration
- Engagement with the Finance team for data management and reports
- Management of all Audits
- Internal Audits
- Statutory Audits
- ISMS Audits
- Data Security Audits
- Any others that might happen from time to time
- Data Analytics and Reporting for the entire HR ecosystem for the Company
- The role will have 3/4 senior resources reporting and a total team size of 8-10 people
