Chief Manager - Sales/Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Establish sales and marketing goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, and regularly monitor and report on progress.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, understand customer needs and preferences, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business development and drive sales growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify threats and opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process to accurately predict revenue and resource requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in sales and marketing, and leverage them to optimize processes and performance.
