AddressKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the Portfolio Management Advisory initiative of the Company.
- Spearhead management meetings and interactions of prospective companies in review.
- Guide internal research team in identifying and screening investment ideas in line with our investment philosophy.
- Regularly engage with the research team to share views on markets and analysis.
- Conceptualize portfolio construction strategy and communicate the same to all our clients for execution.
- Monitor all the customized HNI client portfolios as well as our online offering that has been designed for the retail clientele.
- Ensure on-time dissemination of portfolio recommendations and stock updates to all the clients (HNI as well as retail).
- Liaise with the sales team as a support for new business development and in client retention initiatives.
- Ensure all internal and regulatory compliances.
- Present periodic factsheet or portfolio performance track sheet with the top management as well as with the clients.
- Work closely with the top management to imbibe and execute overall growth strategy of the organization.
- Take complete responsibility for team building and motivating the team members to work towards an identified goal.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 18+ years experience in equity research and/or portfolio management services.
- Relevant educational background in Finance (MBA/ CA/ CFA).
- Exposure to International audience / clients.
- Superior analytical skills and equity fund management skills.
- A good understanding of the local as well as global markets across asset classes.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, leader, energetic and solution oriented individual.
- Presentable with excellent communication skills.
- Flare for taking complete responsibility and driving Company's growth initiatives.
- Effective relationship management skills with strong client focus.
