Butterfly Learnings ( www.butterflylearnings.com) is one of India's most exciting new companies in the pediatric behavioral therapy space, committed to guiding our children to grow into happy childhoods.

Established by professional physicians and a key team of professional developmental Paediatricians and Behavioural Therapists in 2021, we have grown considerably into 30+ centers, with plans to grow exponentially into 12 states as well as establish overseas centers as well within the next two years

Supporting this business expansion, at its core is the Human Resources function and the Chief Human Resources Officer and their team of HR professionals.

Overview:

As the Head of Human Resources & Development, you will have an integral part in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

You will work closely with the Founders to develop and implement exciting and innovative people strategies, establish a culture that will be the envy of the industry, develop best-in-class practices, and engage continuously with educational institutions, psychologists, and educationalists within Butterfly as well as outside.

The CHRO will work to bridge and synergize management and employee aspirations and take Butterfly Learnings to its rightful place as one of the most exciting companies globally.

You will support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Work closely and intensely with senior management to understand and partner with the organization's long-term and short-term goals and workforce needs. Bring analytical skills by developing unique HR data sets and patterns to the attention of Management.

2) Build and continuously reinforce the unique culture and social commitment of Butterfly Learnings through policies, actions, and personal example

3) Develop new and exciting, best-in-class HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

4) Create and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees' job satisfaction

5) Implement global best practices to streamline and enhance the lifecycle of every employee

6) Continuously communicate with employees about compensation, benefits, and other facets of their employment

7) Proactively address all queries or potential grievances and complaints from employees in a timely fashion

8) Upskill and engage with all other HR department personnel as well as other Management personnel

9) Supports management by providing Human Resources advice, counsel, and decisions.

10) Compliance with central, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.

11) Build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs by creating significant talent pipelines from educational institutions, employee referral schemes, and other strategies

12) Conduct periodic and proactive Talent mapping and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

13) Maintain good partnerships with talent managers and department heads to proactively understand their staffing needs and requirements.

14) Develop and promote the employer brand to attract key talent.

15) Implement initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

16) Support and leverage online platforms to showcase the company culture and values.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

About 10+ years' experience in the Human Resources department, with 3+ years' experience in an HR leadership position, especially in the medical sector

Deep understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll, and other HR functions

Advanced analytical, communication, leadership, and planning skills
