We deal with Tempered Flat & bend, Laminated Flat & bend, Tempered Laminated Flat and Bend, Double Glazed Glasses, Solar Glasses , Heat Soaked Glasses, Fire Rated Glasses & Bullet resistant Glasses.
Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Goals and Strategies:
- Develop and execute the company's business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Initiate revenue growth strategies and oversee their implementation.
- Present strategies and results to executives, the board, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson to ensure an accurate view of the company's future.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive and strategic business plans.
Leadership:
- Lead the team to exceed goals and objectives.
- Directly manage senior staff and oversee overall operations.
- Delegate responsibilities and provide guidance to executives to drive maximum performance.
- Ensure a positive work environment and culture.
- Conduct performance appraisals, training, and professional development activities.
- Reward performance, prevent issues, and resolve problems.
- Enhance company culture and values.
Profitability and Cost Cutting:
- Oversee financial performance, costing, expenses, and profitability.
- Plan and implement cost-effective operations and budgetary controls.
- Manage the company budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Capital Expenditure:
- Present capital expenditure plans with feasibility studies and other required details.
- Ensure timely completion of capital expenditure projects.
Production and Operations:
- Implement daily business operations effectively.
- Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve cost-effective operations and business development.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and followed.
- Analyze and provide solutions for problematic situations to ensure company growth.
- Establish company policies and legal guidelines.
- Improve working capital operating cycle.
Relationship Management:
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities.
- Act as the public representative of the company to strengthen its profile.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with stakeholders.
