We are looking for most rewarding CANDIDATE _ Chief Business Officer role. following are the key must haves.
Strategic Accountability
- Establishing & achieving turnover targets (segment wise, Franchise wise , regionwise)
- Expansion of retail and institutional client network, business base, & clients with focus on Cybersecurity.
- Identify all business & brand selling opportunities within & outside the country and participate as speaker, sponsor etc
- Identification of Chanel Partners, large buyers/sellers, users, intermediaries, and ensure a plan to network with them
- Organise periodic Franchise / business Partner meets and target group to achieve Business targets.
Business Expansion Activities:
- Identify marketing opportunities by recognizing client and market requirements
- Optimize legacy systems and processes prevalent and introduce improved processes and systems
- Ensure that proper product and brand positioning is created in the market
- Prepare the marketing strategy, set the targets and responsibilities with the top management of company
- Provide strategic input in case of deviation from stated targets
- Business Execution Activities
- Monitor performance with targets and against competition under different parameters
- Monitor the implementation of the various marketing initiatives
- Monitor prices, demand & supply factors, global news to stay abreast of markets & latest developments Assist the Research and development team in the launch of new Partner/ franchise moduls.
- Monitor the performance of the Business Development team, regions, members & products and suggest changes in strategy.
