Key purpose of the Role:
- To take over the day to day operations of the business from the CEO.
- To build systems and process to enable the business scale up 5X from today
Key responsibility Areas:
- Making sure business operations run as expected, taking care of any issues that may come up on a day to day basis
- Identify areas where there are opportunities and / or potential problems, and leverage solve the same by identifying the right levers, and building the processes to stabile and scale them up
- Build processes, deploy tools and templates to enable the business to scale up
- Identify key talent and develop them. Build and develop the organisation under you
- Work with key stakeholders including current leadership, Clients and outside partners
Desired Outcomes:
- Completely take over the business operations and free up the CEO to focus on growth
- Business should be able to scale up 3-5 in 3-5 years from here.
- Building the next level leadership depth & breadth in the team
Desired Profile:
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or Engineer from a top College, with around 10 years of experience overall.
- Must have run a large BPO operation
- Exposure to US Healthcare is extremely important, though we can look at exceptional candidates without such experience also

- Problem Solver - can identify what problems to solve, build solutions and move on
- Hands on, detail oriented Leader.
- High Energy, high empathy. Energises people and connects well with them too
- Strategic Thinking and leadership ability
- Must be able to gel with home grown old guard, manage them smoothly w/o daily conflicts
- Must be looking for a long term innings, should be having an affinity to Indore/ Chennai ideally.
