Job Title: Female Change Maker Trainer
Location: Solapur, Maharashtra

About Raah Foundation:
Raah Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering positive societal change, is actively seeking a qualified Female Change Maker Trainer to join our team in Solapur.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct impactful training sessions to empower women and drive positive social change in local communities.
• Engage with diverse audiences, raising awareness and inspiring transformative actions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance training programs tailored to community needs.
• Monitor and report on participant progress, ensuring the effectiveness of training interventions.
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel occasionally to Bangalore for training events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in conducting impactful training programs, with a focus on women's empowerment.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for social causes and a strong desire to make a positive impact in communities.
• Ability to adapt to diverse environments and connect with individuals from various backgrounds.

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹2,00,000 per annum
• Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy.
