CFO for University, Gurgaon

Experience: 15-18 Years

Qualification: CA is mandatory

Preference: Education / University sector only

Salary: (2.00-2.25) on Merits

Location: Gurgaon

Duties and key responsibilities

Analyses financial statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management

and the Board of Directors concerning financial performance.

Arranges and chairs financial management meetings, and prepares financial reports and

presentations for scheduled financial management meetings.

Execute the financial strategy of the company

Manage financial controls and accounting procedures

Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company

Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs

Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner

Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained

Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans

Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments

Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required

Skills and Knowledge

Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities are required.

The ability to project a strong positive image of the University through interaction with all

constituencies conducting business with the University, including the media, is required.

Executive problem-solving skills and the ability to organize and manage complex functions are

required

Must be skilled in using financial management software commonly used in higher education.

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

Exceptional communication skills..
