As a Category Manager at Juiice, you will be at the leading a business category, orchestrating its end-to-end management including profit & loss, distribution building, sales rigor, conversion rate optimization, and digital marketing and branding efforts. This strategic role demands an innovative leader capable of driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and managing business costs efficiently. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead your category to achieve and surpass its business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • P&L Management : Take full responsibility for your category's profit and loss, ensuring financial health and growth.
  • Funnel Expansion : Strategically enhance the top of the funnel to widen customer reach and engagement.
  • Sales Leadership : Implement robust sales strategies to ensure rigorous sales activity, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization : Leverage insights and analytics to improve conversion rates, ensuring a seamless path from discovery to purchase.
  • Digital Marketing and Branding : Drive digital marketing initiatives and branding efforts to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Team Leadership and Hiring: Build and lead a high-performance team, taking charge of hiring and developing talent to meet business needs.
  • Cost Management : Oversee business costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency.


What Were Looking For:
